Experienced Air Conditioning and Maintenance Service Engineer

We are a long-established and successful company focusing mainly in Central London looking to employ a talented Air Conditioning Engineer willing to commit to this permanent position.
You will be responsible for the service/maintenance and installation of single-split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems along with associated M&E plant at our customers sites. You must be able to fault find on a wide variety of air conditioning systems and be open to undertaking other tasks within building facilities as and when required.
We work with a variety of commercial properties – including office space, residential and hotels.
Preferably someone with at least 5+ year experience who has a good attitude with other members of staff and clients alike.
Work Duties:

Servicing and Installation of different types of AC systems (i.e. Cassettes, Wall Mounts, Ducted systems, AHU & VRV’s, etc).

Diagnosing faults and carrying out recommended repairs

Strong Knowledge of Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin essential.

Maybe carrying out a variation of task throughout the day in different areas.

Cleanliness and organising of work vehicle provided.
-
Communication is key with our office team on a daily basis as and when required.

Call Out Service – requirement to join our Rota for reactive works.

Services across London and surrounding counties.
You MUST have:

City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technician certificate level 2
-
F-Gas Certification
-
Clean Full Driving License
Experience:

Installation: 3 years (preferred)

Service & Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager to join our team based in London and the South East.
Due to client expansion and success in securing new Air Conditioning projects, we are now seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager to help support project delivery.
Scope of work covered:
Air Conditioning and Ventilation, overseeing all aspects of a project, to meet the Client’s goals on time and within budget. It will require you to organise people, tasks, and resources to bring about a successful delivery within the scope of each individual project.
