Job Description:
As an Air Conditioning Project Manager at London AC Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, from planning and budgeting to installation and handover. You’ll work closely with our talented team of engineers and technicians to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management: Coordinate HVAC projects, ensuring all stages—design, procurement, installation, and commissioning—are executed seamlessly.
Budgeting & Scheduling: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a skilled team of technicians, installers, and engineers.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
Risk & Quality Control: Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions. Ensure all installations meet industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing HVAC or air conditioning projects (minimum 5 years).
In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships and motivate teams.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Relevant trade certifications.
