London AC's most recent project involves an internal Cat A/B fit out and VRF installation across 7 office floors. The project includes high-level ducted units with secondary supplying grilles for open plan and separate office layouts on each floor. The installation was carefully planned and scheduled to accommodate ongoing office operations. The system allows for individual and centralised control for end users, as well as integration with the Building Management System.
To ensure efficient operations and minimise disruptions in live office spaces within the building, a well-coordinated schedule was implemented, with inbound deliveries scheduled to suit working hours. In addition, a strategic plan was devised to incorporate crane lifts for external plant equipment such as condensers. These crane lifts were meticulously organised to take place during specific time slots that would least impact the daily operations of the office spaces.
Overall, the implementation of this well-coordinated schedule not only enhanced the efficiency of operations within the building but also showcased a proactive approach towards minimising disruptions in live office spaces. By prioritising the synchronisation of activities and tasks with the working hours of the occupants, as well as strategically planning external operations like crane lifts, the seamless functioning of the building was ensured, creating a conducive and productive environment for all those working within the office spaces.
