London AC employees take part in Tough Mudder...
Completing the mother of all assault courses in the wet, cold, muddy terrains isn't everyone's idea of fun! However, for some of us at London AC its the perfect way to spend a sunny Sunday in September!
LAC would like to congratulate all that took part and relish in sharing their muddy finish photo with all our followers!
What is Tough Mudder?
Tough Mudder is renowned for having the best assault courses and obstacles, each one designed and engineered to truly test your teamwork, mental grit, determination and physical boundaries.
Tough Mudder partners with charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Mind and the NSPCC. So crossing that finish line and earning your headband couldn't be a greater achievement when you're also raising money for a charity close to your heart.
